HOW IS IT MADE?
We are first generation beekeepers. We passionately strive to take care of our bees with as little interference as possible, and we provide our bee families with a diverse, herb-rich bee pasture from spring to autumn.
We handle our honey with precious care: it’s cold extracted, void of any kind of heat treatmant in order to preserve as many valuable nutrients, vitamins and enzymes as possible.
Our specialty honey blends contain freeze-dried fruits and herbs, as well as organic essential oils.
Carefully selected "superfoods", such as wheatgrass, spirulina, sea buckthorn, propolis, pollen, royal jelly, grape seeds, or goji berries enhance the unique characteristics of our products.
When creating the recipes, we strive to achieve the highest possible physiological effect, a kind of natural synergy, by combining the active ingredients.

Why do we mix anything into our honey?
Honey consumers usually do a great deal for their health, primarily for the protection of their immune system. Honey is particularly rich in bioactive substances (vitamins, antioxidants, minerals) that are capable of inhibiting the reproduction of pathogens, neutralizing and binding free radicals, and generally supporting metabolism. Moreover, if we mix honey with spices, medicinal herbs, or so-called superfoods, their effectiveness does not simply add up but multiplies - creating a wonderful synergy of the ingredients.
As an example, berries contain phenolic compounds, particularly flavonoids. These have proven antioxidant effects and may help prevent the development of tumors or thrombosis.

Mi inkább a "data over dogma" irányt képviseljük: a méhek a kréta kor óta élnek a Földön, tehát van kb. 70 millió évnyi (!) előnyük. Csak tudja, mit csinál :-)
